Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica has been expanded in 10 Autonomous Regions and 25 provinces, covering an area of 190,000 sq.km.

Electricity distribution data

At the end of December 2015, Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica had 10.84 million supply points and its distributed energy in the second half of the year amounted to 92,676 GWh.

In the first twelve months of 2015, the CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Frequency Index) indicator of supply quality was at 61.8 minutes, a 9.9% increase with regard to the same period of 2014. This increase was caused mainly by a more adverse weather conditions during the year. The estimated figure for the end of the year is 1 hour.
