Supply incidents

Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica continuously endeavours to provide the best possible service quality to network users. However, supply incidents are unforeseen and involuntary situations and there are times when, in spite of the maintenance work, investments and improvements to the network, they inevitably occur for a wide variety of reasons. They can happen in the customer’s installation (home, business or building resident’s association) or on the Company’s network itself.

How do I know if the incident has originated in my installation or on the Iberdrola Distribución Eléctrica network?

First, you must find out whether other users have also been affected. If the stairs, lift or adjacent buildings have electricity, the incident has probably originated in your installation
